This role involves working from our office during night shifts focusing on property preservation and mortgage loan servicing. Role and Responsibility:
  • The process associate is expected to process Foreclosure support activities accurately and optimally in accordance with laid down procedures and maintain requisite standards of quality and productivity. Heshe will report to the Team Leader who will be the first point of contact for any issues questions or concerns.
Education and skills :
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 01 year of Experience in BPO Transaction Data Processing background.
  • Qualification Sr. Process Associate
  • Non Tech Graduate in any discipline
  • 1 Plus year of experience in Foreclosure support Pre Foreclosure Bids etc.
  • Skill Sets
  • Good analytical skills research knowledge and decision making.
  • Knowledge of MSoffice Excel
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts preferably night
  • Willing to work 6 days a week.
