Responsibilities :
- Track and monitor defects during testing (UAT) and resolve them.
- Prepare and maintain testing documents.
- Monitor project progress, publish status reports, and recommend actions.
- Work with business partners, technical teams, and vendors.
- Use knowledge of WCC/CSP/Dialer/WDE/ISP (preferred but not required).
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Skills Preferred
- Understanding of customer journey and global services operations.
- Good time management for handling multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Risk and impact assessment abilities.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Flexible to work on extended hours or weekends if needed.
- Familiarity with Amex project methods (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall).
- Prior experience in testing, project management, coding, or development is a plus.
